Before you build.
All three packages default to Shopify, which is the most powerful and scalable e-commerce platform available. If you have an existing platform you would like us to build on, or a specific preference, we can discuss alternatives at the time of booking. Some platforms may affect the turnaround or pricing depending on the complexity involved.
No. You do not need to provide product photography before we begin. We use high-quality filler images from Pinterest during the build process, which you replace with your own imagery once it is ready. This means your store can be designed and structured in parallel with your photography or production timeline.
The Framework and The Complex packages do not include product uploading. You manage your own product catalogue after handover. Pro Commerce includes product uploading only if you are migrating from an existing platform to a new one. New products added after launch are always self-managed. If you need uploading assistance, this is available as an add-on on the lower packages.
Post-launch support covers technical issues, minor edits, and general guidance after your store goes live. It does not include new page builds, additional design work, or product uploads beyond what was agreed in the original scope. The Complex includes 4 months and Pro Commerce includes 6 months. The Framework has no support included, though this can be added as an add-on.
Yes. All packages allow for add-on pages beyond what is included. The Complex comes with 1 extra page of your choice and Pro Commerce comes with 3. Additional pages beyond those can be added at an agreed rate. Common additions include lookbooks, brand story pages, blog sections, wholesale areas, and course or digital product pages.
Yes. We offer Pay in Full, Klarna (Pay Later), and an In-House Payment Plan with 3 or 4 bi-weekly instalments. All plans are subject to a signed client agreement. All deliverables are released only once full payment is completed. Payment structure does not alter the scope or timeline of the project.
