Bespoke Creative Services

Once a deposit has been paid and work has commenced, refunds are not offered. This applies to all bespoke services including brand identity, website design, packaging, and content design.

Your deposit secures your project slot and covers early-stage research, strategy, and creative development. This work begins immediately and cannot be undone.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable files, refunds are not available once a download link has been issued or access has been granted, regardless of whether the file has been opened.

Brand Protection Centre Services

Fees paid for Brand Protection Centre services are non-refundable once the work has begun. This includes trademark research, filing preparation, and any submissions made on your behalf. Outcomes of IP applications are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside our control.

Exceptional Circumstances

A refund may be considered if CENTURI DESIGNS has failed to begin work within the agreed timeframe and no alternative start date has been mutually agreed. Any refund granted in this situation will be at the sole discretion of CENTURI DESIGNS and limited to the portion of fees paid for work not yet started.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:

• Your deposit is non-refundable
• Any work completed beyond the deposit stage will be invoiced and must be settled before files are released
• No partial deliverables will be provided until all outstanding balances are cleared
