Studio Ownership Prior to Final Payment

All creative work produced by CENTURI DESIGNS, including concepts, logo designs, brand systems, visual assets, written content, website code, and any other deliverables, remains the exclusive intellectual property of CENTURI DESIGNS until full payment has been received.

The Client does not hold any rights to use, reproduce, publish, or modify any deliverable until final payment is cleared.

Transfer of Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment, CENTURI DESIGNS transfers ownership of the agreed final deliverables to the Client. This transfer covers:

• The right to use deliverables for commercial purposes
• The right to reproduce and adapt final files
• Ownership of the final exported assets in all agreed file formats

Ownership transfer applies only to the final, approved deliverables and does not extend to working files, source files, or rejected concepts unless explicitly agreed in writing.

What Is Not Transferred

The following remain the intellectual property of CENTURI DESIGNS at all times:

• Unused concepts, alternative directions, and draft iterations
• Working files, source files, and production files (unless purchased separately)
• Any proprietary methods, systems, or processes used in the creation of work
• The CENTURI DESIGNS brand, name, identity, and all associated studio assets

Portfolio and Promotional Rights

CENTURI DESIGNS retains the right to display completed client work in our portfolio, website, social media channels, and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality or NDA agreement is in place prior to the project commencing.

We may share work publicly at any time after project completion unless otherwise agreed. If confidentiality is a requirement, please raise this before work begins.

Client-Supplied Materials

By supplying images, copy, logos, or other assets to CENTURI DESIGNS for use in a project, the Client confirms they hold the necessary rights and permissions to use those materials commercially. CENTURI DESIGNS accepts no liability for infringement arising from Client-supplied content.

Brand Protection Centre

The Brand Protection Centre provides paralegal-certified support for IP and trademark matters. Services offered do not constitute legal advice and CENTURI DESIGNS does not act as a legal representative. Clients are encouraged to seek qualified legal counsel for complex IP matters.
