No. We handle the account setup as part of the build. If you already have an account, we work within it. If you do not, we set it up from scratch and walk you through how to manage it after handover.
Yes. All three packages include payment integration. Clients can pay at the point of booking, which reduces no-shows and makes your operation smoother. We connect your preferred payment method during the setup.
We build on Shopify, Wix, or your preferred platform. We recommend what works best for your business model. If you already have a platform you are committed to, we work within it. Let us know at booking and we will confirm suitability.
Turnaround begins once your deposit is received and all required information has been supplied. This includes your service list, pricing, availability, brand assets, and any logo or colour files. The faster you get us what we need, the faster we deliver.
Yes. We offer Pay in Full, Klarna (Pay Later), and an In-House Payment Plan with 3 or 4 bi-weekly instalments. All plans require a signed client agreement. Deliverables are released once full payment is completed. Payment structure does not change the scope or timeline of your project.
