Common questions
Do I need to send footage or photography?
No. Everything is AI-generated from your brief. You send us your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts) and we build the visuals around your product and story.
Can I use this for paid ads?
Yes. All files are exported at the correct specs for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. The Standard and Premium packages include ad-format exports as standard.
How many revisions do I get?
Starter and Standard include 1 round of revisions. Premium includes 2 rounds. Additional revision rounds can be added on request.
What format are the final files?
MP4 at 1080p as standard. We can also supply 4K, vertical 9:16, and square 1:1 formats on request. Format requirements can be specified in your brief.
Why is voiceover not included in the Starter package?
The Starter is built for impact through visuals alone — perfect for product showcases, social media loops, and launch teasers. Adding voiceover to a 10-second video rarely adds value and can feel rushed. If you need a voiceover, Standard or Premium is the right fit.
